PEP FIT wasn’t born in a gym. It wasn’t sketched out in a business plan or built overnight. It was forged through challenge, resilience, and a deep realization that strength isn’t just about muscles-it’s about showing up, no matter what life throws your way.
In May of 2021, my world turned upside down when my husband, Jared, was diagnosed with stage 4 Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Suddenly, the idea of ‘hard’ had a whole new meaning. Hard wasn’t a tough workout-it was sitting through chemo treatments, waiting on test results, watching someone I love fight for his life. It was being strong when I felt anything but. During that time, movement became my anchor. Training wasn’t just exercise; it was therapy. It was preparing me-not just physically, but mentally-to take on whatever came next. And I knew I wasn’t alone. Life throws challenges at all of us, and I wanted to create something that would help people not just survive but thrive.
That’s where PEP FIT comes in. It’s more than a workout program-it’s about training for life. It’s about building strength so you can carry yourself (and sometimes others) through the hardest days. It’s about finding confidence in what your body can do, not just how it looks. It’s about knowing that being strong isn’t just a fitness goal-it’s a life goal.
